Request room maintenance to inspect light fixtures before you settle in, as I found most weren't functioning properly.

my room included satellite tv, central heating, and a microwave. particularly good location in the middle of jackson made it easy to get to key attractions.

This was my second fairly nice stay here and I can't wait to come back. Greatly enjoyed hotel's favourable location and top-class and helpful staff, it met needs well. My room was great and the bed was exceptionally comfortable...

Do recommend for a whistle-stop

Cute grounds, convenient location, with 24-hour reception and free parking, made my stay enjoyable, especially since it was easy to explore the nearby hiking trails and I appreciated the air conditioning .

There were some fresh fruits available, a nice touch, and the cozy decorations throughout the common areas added a bit of warmth.

The kids loved exploring McNary Wildlife Nature Area, where we spotted some amazing local birds! Our queen room was spacious enough for our family, and it was nice to have a separate sitting area for the adults after bedtime.

My kids wished the hotel had more family-friendly activities.

This place suits me perfectly! With free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning, it provides everything I need. The staff even helped me with dining directions on my first stay. I'll definitely come back for more city breaks!

Cozy atmosphere but needs more maintenance

I appreciated the cozy decorations. Our spacious queen room had a separate sitting area which was perfect. I noticed that light fixtures in our room did not function properly, which detracted from the overall comfort experience.

The queen room had a great sitting area. Issues with the lack of hot water made things uncomfortable. We loved the nearby hiking trails, made our stay worthwhile.
